Senior Client Manager
We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years’ agency experience in client services, with a proven track record of managing and delivering high quality communications. You’ll be managing a range of high profile accounts across print, digital and film.
You’ll have a flair for delighting clients and building long-term client relationships, as well as working very closely with our studio’s creative teams (including designers, writers, photographers and digital communications specialists). You must be extremely well organised with a keen eye for detail and written English, be resourceful and able to identify new client opportunities, creative, presentable and have a sound commercial nature. You will also thrive on working in a closely-knit team. The right person will need to be able to take project from start to finish, managing multiple projects at the same time, and make swift decisions on project priorities. You’ll need diplomacy, tact and tenacity, and be a team player.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our forward-thinking commercial client management team as a full-time Studio Assistant. The successful candidate will be someone looking to ultimately establish a career in account management or client services.
You will assist the team in the day-to-day tasks of managing projects. Responsibilities will vary from organising photoshoots for leading brands to preparing meeting rooms and handling small-scale projects for commercial clients. The job will also include daily responsibilities such as answering the main office phone, organising the post and archiving magazines.
You’ll also be able to assist in taking projects from start to finish, working both creatively and efficiently, as well as keeping a keen eye for detail. You’ll need diplomacy, tact and tenacity, as well as a thirst to learn and get involved in all aspects of the projects when required.
A passionate, confident and effective communicator, you’ll enjoy working with members of our studio’s creative teams (including designers, writers, photographers, videographers and digital communications specialists).
Ideally, you’ll be educated to, at least, degree level with a 2:1 or higher in a communications, marketing or related field, as well as having some experience in an office/studio environment.
