Educom work normally starts with researching specific challenges faced by clients. We believe it’s never too early to involve target audiences, and we do this by holding focus groups with students and other relevant groups. A project team, often involving target audience reps, is put together quickly to make sure there are enough experts on board to understand relevant issues.
And where the team does meet unforeseen challenges, we’re never averse to getting our hands dirty. Two Educom specialists recently spent four days driving around with a client’s engineering team.
