Success breeds success. Aon is the UK’s largest insurance broker* and provider of risk management services. It’s also the name across the chests of some of the most gifted, talented (and most expensive) footballers on the planet. In 2009, the company signed a four-year shirt sponsorship deal with Manchester United.
It was shortly after this that Aon chose Words&Pictures to help communicate its business strategy, best practice, cross-selling opportunities and client wins in a way that would engage its people and encourage trust and transparency. Working together, Aon and Words&Pictures transformed the traditional employee magazine through lateral thinking and innovative electronic design.
The result is Vision – a video-based, digital magazine that has become a key component of Aon’s communications strategy. Conceptual video, animation and engaging, no-nonsense copy has brought to life features ranging from senior team interviews and thought leadership to technical briefings and conference coverage.
